Can Plates Degenerative Diagnosis Cause Body Ache?

Hi, I am 50 years male. I am diagnosed with vertebral end plates degenerative changes in the form of anterior osteophytosis. I experience pain at my left shoulder, chest, back neck, back shoulders, head-ache. Are these symptoms due the above said diagnosis?
