Can Pleurisy Cause Chest Pain And Sick Feeling In Upper Abdomen?

hi im a 25 year old woman and i have just been diagnosed with pleurisy about a week ago i have been given antibiotics and pain killers but i have been gettin chest pains and feelin sick with upper abdomanal pains is this normal ? i was given amoxicillin previously but it wasnt working so they changed me onto erythroycin and diclofenac i have also been taking pain killers

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having drug induced gastritis.
Antibiotics, ibuprofen and other painkillers are known to cause gastritis and this in turn causes upper abdominal pain.
So take pantoprazole (antacid) tablet on empty stomach twice daily.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Drink plenty of fluids orally.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
