Can Pneumonia Relapse In A Young Child Within A Couple Of Months?
My 9 year old daughter was sick for 3 weeks last november, our dr finally diagnosed it as pneumonia (2 different strains), but until the 3rd week she didn t show any obvious signs of pneumonia. Yesterday she came down with another bug, congestion, coughing, sore throat, runny nose. Today she is lathargic and when I put my ear to her back and had her breathe deep I could hear a definate gurgle like sound. - Can she already have pneumonia again?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pneumonia being suspected then the best options are x-ray chest and blood test, better to get it done these would clear the doubt, hearing the breathing sound with ear will never ruled out the disease even with the doctor hope this information helps
