Can Polio Causing Limited Leg Movement Be Treated?

hello, i'm 32 old lady and when 2.5 years that I've got a fever when they arrived to a hospital that i got polio. The age of 7 I went walking with a cane, and both feet are 100% perfect sense, right foot 80% of its motor(movement) cells have been destroyed and my right leg is completely healthy, but limited movement is possible, when I was only three to six action But I had no result...................
