Can Poor Libido And Hot Flashes Following A Partial Hysterectomy Be Treated?

I had a partial Hysteretomy at age 48 i m 55 now and take a pill for hormones and I still have some hot flashes and i have no desire for sex which is causing problems in my marriage. What can i do to start the spark again and have some energy? I have no energy and i sleep til 11:00 some days can t get out of bed... I also have Mitral Valve Prolaspe but was just checked and all is good they said... I take meds for that also... For the panic attacks
