Can Posterior Annular Fissure Cause Nausea?

What is a "posterior annular fissure" -the disc at this level is mildly bulging posteriorty and laterally and just contact the S1 nerve roots but does not compress these structures....What pain should this cause and would this be the reason for nausea and severe abdomen pain as well? Thanks
