before inserting ,while trying to wear condom i observed that by mistake i was rolling it in opposite direction.there was some precum. which would have now got stuck to the outer part of condom which actually comes in contact with vagina.But since i observed it,i immediately removed it and washed and cleaned the outer surface of condom.. and rolled it in right direction and then went ahead with insertion.
