Thanks for your query
dont take prednisolone yourself as it is a steroid and self medication would be wrong. Steroids need tapering and only certain indications under medical supervision.

Yes prednisone will help your hives but it is a risky drug to take without supervision. PLease donot prescribe yourself and take it, it has to be prescribed by a physician only
