Can Pregnancy Be Affected By Granuloma On Right Lung?

Hi! More than six months ago i've experience coughing with lots of phlegm and my doctor advise me to do a CT Scan. The result shows that I had a pneumonia, my doctor have given me antibiotics. Now, after 6 months, my doctor ask me to do a CT scan again to be sure that my pneumonia is cleared. The result showed that my pneumonia was resolved but found a nodule on my right lung that radiologist said it was a granuloma. I was planning to get pregnant again, can it affect my pregnancy? What is really a granuloma? Cause my doctor has given me again antibiotics for medications. I have a tb skin test but it resulted negative.
