Hallow Dear,
Missing a period is the first cardinal symptom of early
pregnancy which is followed after 8-10 days by:
1.
Nausea and
vomiting with pica
2. Frequent urination
3. Breast symptoms: Engorgement with tenderness, dark discolouration of nipples &
areola with areolar widening, Montgomery's tubercles under the areola and secretions through nipples.
By about less than three months, your breast symptoms should be very obvious.
You should confirm the pregnancy by pregnancy test on urine.
You may terminate this pregnancy by Mifepristone /
Misoprostol combination if it is under 9 weeks of gestation. If it is of more duration, you will have to undergo surgical evacuation of the uterus up to 12 weeks of duration.
However, none of the methods should be followed without Gynaecologist's advice and help.
Please confirm the diagnosis of pregnancy before you decide to undertake termination.
Please report to your Gynaecologist ASAP; after completion of 12 weeks, the incidence of complication goes on increasing comparatively.
