Can Pregnancy Cause Red And White Bumps In The Mouth?

Last week I noticed red bumps on the roof of my mouth. Now I have red spots on also on the inside of my lips, and inner cheek as well as white bumps (larger) on the back of my tongue. I am 4 weeks pregnant, so that could have something to do with it.
