Can Pregnancy Cause Spotting And Breast Tenderness?

Hi, I am 29 years old and I had light spotting yesterday but only when I wiped. It was very pale pink and it happened twice. Today, thete has been nothing. My breast have been tender and I have been tired. My period is due on the 30th of July. Could I be pregnant?

Such spotting is most unlikely be due to pregnancy since your periods are yet due. Breast tenderness appears usually at 6 weeks of pregnancy.
However, a remote chance of pregnancy somewhere outside the uterus may be ruled out by showing to Obstetrician. Such spotting is usually associated with pain in abdomen.
Some times around the day of egg release some spotting is known to occur.
