Can Pregnancy Caused Light Delayed Period With Pain In Back And Calf Muscles?
Hi, This month I got my periods 2 days late and the bleeding was very light , hardly any clotted blood, it lasted for 4 days. I did pregnancy test on the 5th day of bleeding and it came negative but still I am feeling bloated always, have radiating pain in my lower back and calf muscles. I am trying to conceive, please let me know if there are still any chances that I can be pregnant .thanks
If the bleeding was lighter than usual then it may have been implantation bleeding that occurs when the baby attaches to the uterine walls. It occurs around the time of periods or a few days before it and is lighter.
A urine pregnancy test will come positive after 7-10 days after the expected date of the period. So I suggest that you repeat the test using the first morning sample of urine after 7-10 days. If it is still negative then pregnancy will be ruled out.
So wait for 7 days for final confirmation and best of luck.
