Can Pregnancy Happen Despite Taking A Postinor 2 Pill?

Good morning sir/ma, I need help I saw my period on the 18 of September 2017 and it finished on the 21 of September 2017, I had sex on the 22 of September, I took portinor 2 on the 23 of September 2017, had sex that 23,24, I fell sick and took so many drugs like ampiclox, luna for malaria, cough syrup, super appetite, septrin, tetracycline, flagin, paracetamol, worm drugs etc, I had sex again on the 27, 28 of September 2017 and also on the 3,4,5, 7, 9, 10 of October 2017. My period was supposed to come on the 16 but it didn t come and have done unrine pregnancy test which the result is negative, I did tge test again still negative. Please what can be the problem of late period and solution
