Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
If I pill is taken within 24 hours of unprotected intercourse prevents the pregnancy, then the chances of pregnancy is almost nil.
The periods are delayed most likely due to the side effect of the i pill.
I will suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test done and if negative, then wait for the periods for next 2 weeks.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
