Can Pregnancy Happen When There Is No Ejaculation Inside Vagina?

I am 30 and I have been cramping for over a week with more emphasis on the left side, A few days ago I saw a light pink discharge but it was quick and faint. A week prior there was a spotting on 2 blood drops when I wiped and I have been extremely tired and experiencing headaches over the last few days. 2 days ago, I started getting light headed and my ears have been clogged. I had unprotected sex during my ovulation period but he used the pullout method.Could I still be pregnant?

Hello, yes in pull out method there can be discharge of precum inside vagina which can cause pregnancy.
So do a urine pregnancy test for confirmation
