Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I would like to know the cause of the miscarriage previously and if any examination was done of the products of conception. If you have always had regular cycles, the missed period could be due to conception. There is a condition called 'chemical pregnancy' wherein there is an abortion at about the time of the missed period and even before the pregnancy can be diagnosed. In the current scenario, I would ask you to exclude this through the blood test for pregnancy and plan further management accordingly. Take care.
