Can Pregnancy Test Result Change After A Few Days?

Hello Sir, My self Ankita singh. I am 24 yrs married girl. I got pregnant in Last month and take medicine (mifegets) to abort my one month pregnancy which is prescribed by Doctor (M.D. Gynecologist). After taking the medicine 5 days bleeding has been happened. When bleeding stopped again I did pegatest and it has been found again Positive.. Sir, Is still I am pregnant or It will negative after few day. Kindly inform me.

Hello,

It may take up to two weeks for a pregnancy test to become negative after abortion.
I would recommend you to repeat the test only 2 weeks after the date you had the treatment. If the test remains positive, you will need to see your doctor again.
