Can Previous Hemorrhage Vitrectomy Cause Complications In Cataract Surgery?

Hi, last April 2010 I had hemorrhage vitrectomy today I seen another doctor she said my cataract had harden n dense, there may be risk because of the vitrectomy I am scare n worried, she said if I don t take care with surgery I will go blind n no guarantee on the surgery pls advise

Cataract surgery has to be done. sur geon has to change the procedure. consult a retina-surgeon who after further investigation can decide about further surgery. It is to be combined with vetrectomy
