Can Primolut Usage Lead To Weight Gain?
hi. am anita. i was not getting my period since 3 month. my doctor advised me to take premolut for 10 days. and wactually am on my 10th day 2day. but what happened is that in the 10 days i took almost 3 kgs. am a bit worried. i can see, i have a big beely as if am 9 mnths pregant. please avised.

Hi,
Primolut N is a progesterone hormone preparation. It tends to increase body weight especially when taken in high dose. After you finish 10 days course, you would get periods within8 days of stoppage. The weight would return back to normal after stopping the pills. Please don't worry.
