Can Prominent Lymph Node Cause Rib Pain And Swelling?

i had a ct scan 4 months ago and the film saw mildly prominent lymp nodes in the porta hepatis region and I need to follow up in 6 months. I am having mild pains in the left side under my rib area and it seems swollen. Just wondering if this is all related . I need to follow up in two months with the doctor anyway
