Can Protruding Prolapsed Bladder Cause Lower Back Pain And Does It Need Immediate Attention?

I have prolapsed bladder which is protruding and I often push back. Can this be the cause of my lower back pain? I have been referred to a specialist, but only have appointment in 2 months time! What can I do in the meantime or should I try and bring my appointment forward? I am on my feet all day at work.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

Yes, the prolapsed bladder causes low back pain as it stretches the nerver attached to it when it comes down...leading to bavk pain.

Two months is a long time...though its not an emergency... but you should try to bring the appointment forward as its you who is having the problem...
