Can Puberty Related With Dizziness, Black Outs And Rapid Heart Rate?

Hi I am 14 years old and I get dizzy a lot and I ve actually blackend out twice, also sometimes when I stand up or work my body to much I can here my heartbeat\a russing sound I m my head. My mom said that puberty is causing all of this, is this true?
