Can Puking And Lower Back Pain Be Symptom Of Pregnancy?

My boyfriend and I had sex about a month ago, last week I puked 3 times, I've been having lower back pains, a little bit of heartburn. urinating a lot, the ring around my boobs are getting darker and bigger, I have all the symptoms of pregnancy. I'm 14, I weigh 110, I'm 5'3, and I'm very healthy. I was just wondering, can pre-cum make me pregnant?

Thanks for writing.
Like you mentioned you have all the symptoms associated with pregnancy.
You did not mention missed period. These symptoms can also be seen in absence of pregnancy.
If you have missed your period then there is a chance of pregnancy.
The best way to confirm is by a urine pregnancy test.
