Can Puss Filled Lumps Near Vagina Be Due To Genital Warts?

Hi I have yellow small lumps on my lady hood, I popped one it didn t hurt too much but was yellow stuff I am being treated for genital warts at the moment, just wondered if this is to do with the warts? She never looked further up just look at the opening of my vagina I m confused
