I have been fighting high blood pressure and low blood pressure readings for 3 years, I had a heart cath done and they found a decfect with my vessels that are near my left arorta, can a stent be put in so the blood could flow through I have no blockage just small vessels
Hi thanks for your query.first let me clarify to you that a stent should be placed only if there demonstrsted obstructive leison on angiography.....your blood pressure need to regularly monitored and suitable antihypertensive medication has to taken.in all cases adequate control can be achieved with drugs itself.stent to your left coronary is never the choice.all you need is aN ECG,CHEST X RAY,and 2DECHO OF HEART for complete assesment of your heart......consult your cardiologist for further treatment options.thank you
