Can Racing Heart Be Related To Anxiety Attack?

My heart has been beating hard enough to shake me at times. I have recently had a stress test which showed normal blood flow and strong muscle. This was two months ago and this hard beat is new. I'm under extreme stress. Could this be just an anxiety attack?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You had a stress test and you are confirmed that you have normal blood flow and strong muscle. In that case you should stop worrying about your health and trust your doctors. If you do not trust your doctors and results, and obsess with your bodily movements, you are bound to make the simple body movements much noticeable. You are suppose to get psychological treatment for your anxiety and obsession. Exercise, out door games, positive thinking, breathing exercises can help.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
