Can Ranitdine Be Taken For Itching And Swelling?

i have a red line running up my arm, i keep gettin bites or something at night in which i do not notice until couple days later where it gets redd and swollen and itches alot..Can I take ranitdine to stop the ithcing? I have taken antibiotics b4 when i got it the first time, 2nd time it jus went away itself but this time its not itchin much but theres infection as i can see
