Can Rapidly Spreading, Itchy Lesions On Scalp (itching Relieved On Pulling Out Hair) Be A Fungal Infection?
I keep getting sores or lesions on my scalp and they itch and then I start to pull my hair out of the bumps and it feels better. I then realize I end up with bald patches. I feel as if I have a fungus on my scalp. It started in the top area, then to the crown and now to the front. Its like the fungus is moving around to different area of my scalp to make me pull my hair out.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really understand your problem and I would like to say that the pulling of once own hair is a functional disorder and this has to be rule out as early as possible and for that you will have to see the psychiatrist, it is not the fungal infection of hair, but this is kind of hallucination, but this will be fine with proper medication and counselling, take care and have nice day.
