Can Rectovaginal Fistula Be Treated With Ayurveda?

I am 47 years old with two children. I am 5ft tall and weigh 68 kgs. Not able to sake off the weight inspite of heavy exercises. I have been suffering from PID for as long as I remember. But recently the doctor discovered that this was due to a rectovagiinal fistula. I want to go with ayurveda. Is treatment possible for this condition in ayurveda?

A Vaginal Fistula starts with some kind of tissue damage. After days to years of tissue breakdown, a fistula opens up.
A Vaginal fistula that opens into the rectum is called recto vaginal fistula.
If yo have a Recto vaginal fistula, you will most likely needed surgery to repair it.
