Can Red Rashes On Face And Throat Area Be Reaction To Cortisone Injection?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have a red rash on my face and throat area. I just had a cortisone injection in my knee yesterday. I did notice that I had to take an additional blood presssure pill last night. Could this be some type of reaction?
