Can Red Scales Rash Behind The Ears And Chest Indicate Seborrhoeic Dermatitis?

My husband has a terrible red scales rash, like a very severe form of seb derm, but we have used ketaconazole cream twice a day. It has psoriatic look behind his ears, but doesn t itch or hut. He also has several patches on his chest. Could this just be a severe case of seb derm,, even tho no real problems on scalp?

The lesion you have described is typical of seborrhic dermatitis. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. As of now topical anti-fungals like clotrimazole can be tried,
