Hello Doctor. Recently light red spots have shown up in the middle of my boyfriends chest. He does smoke recreational marijuana at least 1 gram a day but maintains a clean and healthy diet as well as very active. He tends to cough a lot which puts strain on his chest muscle and in black light the spots do show up as white. He feels tenderness when pressure is applied . He has been tested for T.B. and is confirmed false positive and has had chest X-rays and has been cleared.
