Can Redness In Labia Majora Be Bleeding Under The Skin Because Of The Trauma From Sex?

Hi,

Two days ago my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time (which was a bit rough). I hadn't had sex in three years so it painful. Today I noticed redness (maybe like a bruise?) all along my right labia majora but have no pain symptoms. Could this just be bleeding under the skin because of the trauma from sex?
