Can Regular Use Of Acetaminophen Cause Urinary Urge Incontinence?

I m wondering if there is any evidence of association between regular use of acetaminophen (in this case 325 mg tabs x 2 or 3 bid) and urinary urge incontinence. 5 8 tall, 200lbs. Hypothyroid (Armour thyroid 120 mg on arising), fibromyalgia well controlled with exercise, diet, lifestyle. Female, 75 yo.
