Can Removal Of Implanon Cause Missed Period,fatigue And Bloating?

hi, i had my implanton removed 4 weeks ago, since having it removed ive being feeling sick, tired,bloated,and havent had a period yet, is this normal side effects to the removal, i had it in for one year, and had consitant bleeding, ive had unprotected sex twice during the 4 weeks thanx
