Can Removal Of Plaster Be Done By Any Doctor?

gud evening sir!!!!!!!!! my mother had fractured before 6week ago,on the left leg in 3 fingers after that they had plastered on it......now 5 week are gone can i remove the plaster from another doctor those who not plastered on my mother leg but due to the go far out of station its problem arise...what can i doing sir at this sisuation????
