I have a dull ache in both of my shins. It isn t in the bone it is in the muscle. I have been feeling it for a while and first thought it was restless leg syndrome because it appeared more at bedtime. Now though it is all day every day. Rubbing it seems to ease the pain a little. Do you think it is related to RLS?

Also some home remedies that may help include: Leg massages, Hot baths or heating pads or ice packs applied to the legs, Good sleep habits Medications may be helpful but are used only in severe cases and may be, Neupro, and Requip or benzodiazepines. Anticonvulsants, or antiseizure drugs, such as Tegretol, Lyrica or Neurontin.
