Can Right Sided Heart Failure Be Treated?

I suffer from right sided heart failure and am told there is no treatment for that condition. I plan to propose to the doctors that we try hyperbaric oxygen therapy to see if that achieves any positive results. Do you have any thoughts on this and is there any reason to feel that there is a significant downside to this therapy under my circumstances?? Thx,

Hyperbaric oxygen has no proven role in treating cardiac failure whether its right or left sided heart failure.
