Can Rubbing Of Vagina Lead To Breaking Of Hymen?

hello Dr m in very stressed last few days when i know about hymen pls clear me one thing is rubbing vagina from.out is cause hymen breaking? our during menses days if i rub so its possible that the hymen break? but i nver ever felt any pain n i safe my hymen till marrige its neccerery in our culture now a days have my period cycle last nite i rubb my vagina but aftar this i bleed clear red blood its my 3rd day of menses pls clear me all thing m v worried n scarred abt it
