Can Runny Nose With Rash And Raised Bumps On Stomach Be Related To Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease?

my son was diagnosed with Hand Foot and Mouth 2 weeks ago. He still has the blisters/ rash on his feet, but tonight he developed another runny nose and is now developing a rash with raised bumps on his stomach. He also itches (both feet and stomach) Could this be a continuation of HFM or something new?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
He might be suffering from another viral condition.
Hand foot and mouth disease is typically confined to hand foot and mouth.
Children are prone to develop viral infections and when a child is recovering from one infection there is always a chance to get another.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
