Can Same Blood In Both Partners Cause Any Problems?

sir i am in seach for suitable life partner for me. before taking any decision i want to know, if both partners are of same blood group, then is there any problem for baby. i had heard about RH factor. my query is what are the important checks to be carried out and what are the deciding factors for a best family life. please advice. thank you

Thanks for your query.
Based on your query am of the following opinion.
1. Rh factor is rhesus factor when absent can cause transfusion reactions or Rh incompatibility. It is quite severe but less common.
2. Blood groups when different can also cause incompatible reactions. But it is less severe.
3. In your case blood groups are same so there won't be any problem. But just check on the Rh type. If you are Rh positive, then go ahead, if negative, yes there is a chance of incompatible reactions.
4. Other checks you can do is look for any genetic abnormalities in you and your partner. This is to have a healthy child in future as genetic disorders can be inherited and transmitted to offsprings.
