Can Scabies Be Caused By Kissing?

Hello, I m in Central Asia, and I think I have scabies. We are very well clothed, only face, hand and feet are exposed, however we do a lot of kissing as a greeting. Is it possible that I could have gotten it from this type of touch or from someones furniture? What medication do you suggest? HUG A DUCK YOU CHEAT!!!!!!!
