Can Scanty Menstruation With Few Follicles Result In Infertility?

Hello Doctor, I'm a 24 yrs old student.i'm suffering from scanty menses for the last few months.i have periods for at the most 2 and a half days but on time.i have got done an ultrasound which stated every to be fine but detected few follicles in my ovary but within normal size limits.i'm worried about my scanty periods and can this detected follicles result in infertility?
