Can Scar Tissue From Breast Reduction Done In Past Cause Pain In Present?
I have been having a llot of pain in my left breast close to my arm pit/ I had a mammoggram done about 6 months ago. The results said i didn t have cancer but my pain was caused by scar tissue left from a double breast reduction I had to have in 1982, I don t think that is right because it only started to pain me after i turned 50. I am now 58. Could the mammogram results been wrong and should I have another screening done? My doctor dismisses my fears.

If your mammogram is fine and you are only feeling pain or heaviness then try a hot fomentation and take primrose oil for one month. Then do a self breast examination.
