Can Scoliosis Cause Occipital Headache?

Can scoliosis cause occipital headache? My daughter is 17 has mild to moderate scoliosis and is a dancer. Recently she complained of strong pain in the lower left abdomen with subsequent lower back pain and occipital headaches every day for the last 12 days.
