Can Scotomas Be Treated?

Hy i'm 24 years old,and i want to know if scotomas have a treatment(i see dad cells on bright light on my left eyes,and this affects my vision),and 1 year ago on my right forearm i have 1 cm lump,i think is a lipoma,beside excision what remedy is for that? i do not smoke,drink alchool..i eat healthy and do sport.

It seems from the history that you are having scotoma.
Scotomas are caused by problems involving the optic nerve.
Hence this requires evaluation by tests like visual field assessment yo find the site and cause of scotoma.
