Can Seizures Be Connected To Severe Nose Bleeds?

28 year old female, had a siezure a few weeks ago went to ER CTscan showed nothing was not given medications told not to worry. Now getting sever bloody noses lasting 45min and going maybe an hour at a time without bleeding, could there be a link? there is a family history (mother) having siezures.
