Can Seizures, Occur Due To Leaking Mitral Valve?

I support a young man who has moderate to severe intellectual disability, he has a leaking mitral valve, narrowing of the aorta and an enlarged heart, along with curvature of the spine to 47 degrees, he had a seizure a few days ago that lasted for 30-40 secs, that day and for a few days around that he was sleeping more than normal, can I assume the seizure is caused by the heart?
