Can Severe Facial Injury Dent The Plates Used For Facial Reconstruction?

I had facial reconstruction 3 years ago that resulted in 4 plates and 18 screws holding my cheeks together, I recently got hit in the eye by accident pretty hard, my eye is swollen, sore and bruised, should i be concerned about moving, denting or damaging the plates

Consult a plastic surgeon and get evaluated. You have to get a CT scan for further assessment.
